My journey in the world of logistics commenced in 2002 when I took on the role of Spare Part Coordinator at IVT Lämpöpumput OY. With a humble beginning, I swiftly adapted and grew within the logistics realm. In a mere eighteen months, I elevated myself to the position of Logistics Manager, eagerly embracing novel challenges and a broader scope of responsibilities.
In 2006, a significant shift occurred as Bosch acquired the mother company in Sweden, incorporating IVT into the expansive Bosch organization. Through this transition, I continued to navigate the logistics landscape, evolving into the role of Logistics Manager, a position I held until 2016.
However, as the years passed, a realization dawned upon me. It was a moment of introspection, a recognition that my contribution had reached its zenith within the organization. With a sense of completion and an eagerness for new horizons, I embarked on a different path, ready to explore fresh opportunities and bring my unique perspective to new endeavors
In my capacity as a Logistics Manager, I assumed a broad array of responsibilities. This encompassed roles such as overseeing comprehensive operations and adeptly managing the complexities of procurement and forecasting for our parent company. I navigated the warehouse with the expertise of an experienced captain, effectively managing its intricate components to ensure a balanced state. My diligent attention extended across procurement to storage, meticulously addressing every detail within the intricate logistics framework. In this role, I harmonized a symphony of operations, striving for seamless coordination and precision.
As a Logistics Coordinator, I am the bridge that unites different clients and subsidiaries, ensuring their logistics operations function in seamless coordination. Through close collaboration with these distinct entities, I strategically manage and streamline logistics processes, attuning them to meet their specific needs and preferences.
My role transcends mere coordination; I am also the steward of operational side of our ERP ( Epicor Iscala ).
As the primary user, I possess an intricate understanding of our workflows, which empowers me to fine-tune the Iscala making it an organic extension of our daily operations.
My flexibility shines through my involvement in Iscala implementation projects across various countries. I have successfully spearheaded the implementation of Isacala in Russia and France. These initiatives have seen me adapt the ERP’s capabilities to conform to the distinct requirements and regulations of each country, significantly contributing to the organization’s international operational excellence.
In this complex realm of logistics and technology, I take pride in my role as a facilitator. I synchronize the diverse needs of clients, the intricate ERP systems, and the multifaceted global implementations to create a well-choreographed performance of efficiency and success.
